ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

This conference was originally planned to have taken place in Cambridge from 11-12 September 2020. Due to the pandemic, organising international in-person events remains difficult. So we decided to take “Let’s Talk About Sex in YA” online! And the best thing is, registration is free!

Here’s how it works:

  • The conference will consist of a number of live events, including the keynote talks, taking place between 3-7 May 2021.

  • The papers, meanwhile, will be made available on an online platform to be accessed by attendees asynchronously and at their own leisure.

  • Each presenter will be asked to provide a video recording and a transcript of their paper prior to the week of live events.

  • As usual, presenters will be grouped into panels. We will release the panels prior to the week of live events, and all content will be available to attendees until 30 June 2021

  • Registration is free and will be possible until the last day of the conference, i.e., 7 May 2021.

Where we would have liked to welcome you ...

Unfortunately this event will not take place in person as originally planned. We would have loved for you all to see our wonderful city of Cambridge and Homerton College (pictured) in springtime. We hope to welcome you some other time - for now, we'd like to share some pictures with you in the gallery below (click on the picture for a description)!
